T. Quinctius Flaminius 126 BC. Denarius 17 mm 126 BC Rome. Helmeted head of Roma right; behind, apex, before, value-mark / T Q ROMA Dioscuri charging right; between them, Macedonian shield. Cr. 267/1; very fine to extremely fine, scratches
The reverse relates to the victory of T. Q. Flaminus over Philip V of Macedon (197 BC), after which that general offered up special vows to the Dioscuri at the temple at Delphi.
